Vanier Capital was not conceived in a boardroom. Its founders met as cadets at the United States Military Academy at West Point, forging a bond built on shared discipline and purpose. They became not just friends but brothers—a distinction that matters.

Following graduation, a reconnection turned into a shared dream: acquiring and developing land to build a place where their families could gather. That simple, personal vision—building a place of one’s own—is the foundation of the firm.

The ambition grew from there. If they could build that for themselves, they could provide it for others. The scope expanded into a clear mandate: improve existing residential housing, develop new residential and commercial properties, and leave a lasting mark on the communities they operate in—not as distant investors, but as people with genuine stakes in the neighborhoods they serve.
